Membership Fee:
Our annual membership costs $399/year per pet.
*If you have multiple pets, you must purchase a membership for each pet in order to get unlimited, no-charge consultations for each pet. For a second pet, the membership cost would be $349, and $299 for 3+ pets.

Does this apply to new members or all existing members?
It applies to all members! The new benefits are effective as of 7/24/2025.
What does the 10% off preventative treatments and vaccines apply to?
The discount will be applied per item, and for preventative treatments only, but it does not apply for treatments related to a specific condition/concern that they came in for, or that they were diagnosed with after coming in to do testing.
In order to complete your Membership:
STEP 1: Complete Payment for all Pet Memberships Use the Payment Portal Link to complete payment. If you are signing up multiple pets, be sure to add each pet to the subscription order.
STEP 2: Enter the Order Confirmation Number If you have already closed the Payment Portal window, you should receive a confirmation email shortly with the confirmation number included.
STEP 3: Complete the Member Information Form The Member Information Form will be visible once a confirmation number has been added to STEP 2 and the checkbox has been selected.
